I wouldn’t normally go for a $250 universal smart remote, when you can get a dumb one for under $5, but the Ray Super Remote gets so much right, it can’t be denied. Right out of the box it is ready to connect to thousands of devices including tvs of course, but also receivers, Xbox, cable boxes, streaming tv boxes and even soundbars. There isn’t a bunch of complicated setup or charging and installing software. Open the box, link up and go. The remote is almost like having a smart phone dedicated to running the electronics in your home. You can search all kinds of programming and even get it to learn your habits for recommendations, etc. You can even search within channels like HBO for shows, times, etc. This is a legit player in the smart home space and worth a look from even the most skeptical tech hater.
