Globe Chess

As if chess isn’t hard enough, you can now play it on a globe. I’m not sure how you best determine who gets stuck with the bottom end that is clearly at a disadvantage by not being able to see their pieces clearly. Although, on 2nd thought, that also means that the person attacking you can’t see your pieces clearly, so I guess it’s a draw. This globe set uses magnets to hold the pieces and was actually made by hand by a guy named Ben Myers. Well done Ben. This was a one-off piece, so no word on if you can buy one or how much it would cost.
