Honestly, I’m not totally sure what I think about this new concept from Toyota. They’ve designed this one specifically aimed at millenials. That makes me want to vomit in my mouth a little bit because it almost always results some lame pandering features that old people think relates to young people. In this case though, I think they ended up with a pretty awesome ride. It’s a crossover SUV with two rows of seating, clean but functional and attractive interior, fold up or out rear doors, sporty look that could also get down at least a dirt road if not rock crawling. It’s covered in tow hooks, tie-downs, and power supply receptacles. Um, this kind of works. There are warming and cooling boxes in the back to heat up your ski gloves or cool down that picnic. Here’s one of the best parts though. There’s no navigation system. Instead, there is a mount for your phone integrated into the dash. It’s just a concept so there’s no price, but I hope some of these features make it into the next version of the 4 Runner or Tacoma. Check it out.
