East Coast Defender (ECD) has just launched the first vehicle from their new Ultimate Vehicle Concept (UVC) Division and it looks amazing. This division will be making custom rigs that aren’t limited by a specific budget and instead have a goal of just being the ultimate vehicle for their intended purpose. The UVC Division will only produce ten custom vehicles a year, which means there will be a line forming already to get one. The $285,000 Project Viper we see here is a Defender 130 with 6.2 liter, 430-hp Chevy LS3 V-8 engine, with upgrades for days. It has LED lamps all over, custom built diamond plated bed liner with toolboxes and searing, full roll cage, custom 20 in. wheels, King off-road shocks and steering damper, KAM custom heavy duty axles with electronic locking differentials, and so much more. As you can tell by the price tag, money was no object in making this thing awesome. This one is spoken for, but if you have the cash on hand, you should get in touch immediately to design one of your own that will be built in its own special production area at the Rover Dome in Florida.
