This underwater restaurant is appropriately named Under. You enter from the shore along an oak walkway and down in to the main dining area that will seat up to 110 people in front of a view that looks out of an 11 x 14-meter acrylic unobstructed window. If that doesn’t sound amazing, you need to check yourself for a pulse. Apparently, the Norwegian word for “under” can also be translated as “wonder”, which is very fitting here. The structure will be made out of meter thick concrete and the textured exterior will serve as an artificial reef for mussels. Where do I make reservations?!
