Dinara Kasko is a Ukrainian baker blowing our minds with her geometrical cakes. She worked with a José Margulis, an artist from Miami that focuses on Geometric abstractionism and Kinetic art, to bring this cake to life. It’s a streusel with almond sponge cake, confit blackberry-blueberry, and mousse with blackberry and mascarpone. I would absolutely love to take a bite out of this creation but I’m going to have to trust my eyes on this one.
