Codigo 1530 Rosa Tequila looks very unique and delicious. The process begins with a Blanco tequila rested for a month in uncharred Napa Cabernet French White Oak barrels. In the barrels is where the tequila gets its natural color and light floral finish. The time in the barrels also enriches the natural agave juice to help provide a perfect after taste that will have you craving more.
My favorite part of learning about new liquors is reading the drink recipes they provide. There are several on Codigo 1530’s website that include Rosa Tequila but my favorite is Feeling Good. Like most people, I’m very visual so if it’s in a couple glass you know I’m going to drink it.
Get a bottle for $60 then sit back and savor every sip.
